Many of us have witnessed or are aware that the values our culture espouses are in flux, changing over time. We ought to expect this flux as our culture moves farther away from the foundation and authority of the Bible. The unusual thing is the attitude the culture often holds in relation to the values they hold to in the moment. They can’t have it both ways, debunking traditional values while demanding solidarity to their values. It’s only the Christian who has the necessary foundation to claim unbunkable values. Secular humanists, pagans, have no bases for values at all.
