Graduation is coming up soon, one of the worship songs for the ceremony is entitled Cornerstone. Cornerstone is a name in the Bible for Jesus.
Christ fills every position of supreme importance, not just foundationally but in our hearts, in our heads, in our relationships, in our work, in our homes, in our marriages, in our parenting, and in our school. Does Jesus Christ truly hold the supreme position of importance in every area of your life? Are there areas of your life where you act like an atheist? Does FCS act atheistically in any areas? We must be examining ourselves and working out our salvation with fear and trembling recognizing that Jesus is our corner stone.
