Can we reasonably surmise what Jesus would say to Christian parents concerning the formation of their children? Remember how Jesus often said, Have ye not read? as a way of reminding the religious leaders what they knew already from the Scriptures? Today Jesus continues to tell parents, Have ye not read that thou shalt teach them diligently unto thy children, and shall talk of them when thou sittest in thine house, when thou liest down and when thou risest up. (Deut. 6:7) When I read these words that Jesus expects us to obey, I can see why Satan has ingeniously replaced social media and online influences with when Gods Law was to be instilled. This is transforming the masses including many Christian families into believing Satans lie in the garden that its all about me.

Parents also know that Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful but his delight is in the law of the LORD and in his law doeth he meditate day and night. (Ps. 1:1-2) If this passage is true for adults how much more is it for children? Satan has cunningly directed government schooling to normalize walking, standing and sitting with sinful ungodly scorners, resulting in graduates who surprise, do not delight in Gods Word, let alone meditate on it.

We know Jesus could go on saying, Have ye not read? but what He really prefers is doers of the Word, not readers only.
